SHIPPING

Your purchase will be shipped within five business days after purchase, depending on the product chosen. The shipment time varies, due to product availability. 

Hermit Company currently offers international shipping through Posti International. Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please be aware that you may need to work with your local post office to pay customs and duties before they release your shipment to you. If you fail to pay applicable duties, taxes and fees the package will be abandoned and Hermit Company will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.

Shipping fees and times:

Finland: 5,2€ - 2-5 business days

EU: 22,5€: 3-8 business days

Rest of the world: 26,75€ 6-14 business days

INTERNATIONAL: 

After your order is complete, we will send your tracking number via email.

We hope that you are satisfied with your order and that our products will bring you joy!

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date you received your order. The returned products must be unused and in original condition. The client is responsible for covering the return fees and is also responsible for the product parcel until it reaches us. Please note that all returns must be shipped in a parcel with a tracking code. Your payment will be refunded to the original payment method within a week. Uncollected packages from the postal office do not count as a return.
