The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on hermitcompany.com. Please make sure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before you place an order. Hermit Company reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All Hermit Company´s jaws and handles are designed and handmade in Finland. Due to the process of making pieces by cnc-machines, minor differences in color and shape may occur between the items in the e-shop and the items made for the client.

We use following materials in our products:

Jaws – galvanized steel

Handles – anodized aluminum

Screws – stainless steel

Springs – Steel

3. PRICES

All prices at this site are stated in euros and include the Finnish VAT (24%). These prices are subject to change by the seller without prior notice. The prices applied are those shown on the site at the time of ordering.

4. ORDERS

All Terms and Conditions mentioned on this page must be accepted when placing an order. Once the order has been placed and the complete amount of the transaction completed, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. If you haven’t received your order confirmation after 3 working days, please contact us.

5. PAYMENT METHODS

The total amount of the product and delivery cost must be paid when placing the order. We accept credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). Credit card payments are powered by Stripe.

6. SHIPPING & PICK-UP

Our e-shop is shipping world wide. Both domestic orders and international orders are shipped by Posti.

You can also pick-up your order at Helsinki city center. Please contact us by email to schedule a pick-up time.

7. DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Your purchase will be shipped within 5 business days after purchase, depending on the product chosen. Please find below the information about delivery times and charges. Note that these shipping times are only estimated, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by Posti.
